Return and Refund Policy

Gorme offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our app itself or through the Website.

Our return and refund policy lasts 5 days after the delivery. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, you still can contact our refunds department at if you are just a little over the 5 days period (refund in not guaranteed in this case).

We understand online shopping gets trickier when you receive a product. Hence, to tackle such problems of yours we provide you with a FULL REFUND (excluding the shipping charges) on the product price.

The return is made available even when you purchased the product on a sale or in a offer.

The return and  refund is generated only in the conditions where the product is either not received or if received is :

  • not as described
  • damaged or defective

The following conditions must be met:

  • Product has to be in original & unused state
  • Request has to be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To get a FULL REFUND (only if the above conditions are fulfilled) write to us, with your order number, receipt and the reason for refund (not as described or damaged or defective) along with a picture of the product, at, You can support your case by attaching more pictures or videos of the product. 

The case then passes through the refunds department.If you are approved, your product will be picked up and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Generally, valid cases get a FULL REFUND within 15 business days (estimate) of product pickup.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
